We are definite that you will be satisfied with our products. But in case if you are not, perhaps due to color or model isn’t right for you-you can exchange or opt for a refund within 14 days of receiving the order.

We need an unboxing video of what you have received If your product has a workmanship or material defect, missing and not same products received >  support is available depending on the product condition for return/exchange and claimed under 14 days of purchase. Change of mind is not acceptable  Please contact customer care for more details.

STEPS FOR EXCHANGING OR RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE:

Step 2

Pack the return item(s) securely in the original packaging 

Step 3

our rider will pick the item from your address in case of return or you have the replacement the will pick and also provide you the new item , in case of return let us know right away so we may process your request without wasting time for the item to reach our warehouse.after taht we will provide you refund on jazz cash , easypaisa or bank transfer as you want to ,To visit our shop click here

NOTE:

  • Refunds will be credited by the same criteria in which items were originally purchased, provided the item is returned within 14 days of receiving the item.
  •  Hajvery Decor Team reserves the right to decline a return at any stage if item found in non-resalable condition.
  • Returns will be processed within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse.  It sometime takes up to 14 days to appear in your bank statement by conducting the shipping fee the as bank processes vary by the institutions. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
